On Tuesday, the TMSS Nursing College (TNC) hosted its student orientation and class induction ceremony at Professor Dr. AKM Masudur Rahman Hall in Thengamara, Bogura. The orientation program was held for the 14th batch of Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery course, 7th batch of Diploma in Midwifery course, 11th batch of B.Sc in Nursing (Basic) course and 13th batch of B.Sc in Nursing (Post Basic) course.
Professor Md Rabiul Islam Shah, Dean of Nursing Faculty of Rajshahi Medical University and Principal of Nilphamari Medical College, spoke as the chief guest on the occasion. TMSS Executive Director Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum spoke as the guest of honour.
Speaking at the event, participants claimed that nursing services had generated career prospects both domestically and overseas. Students ought to be qualified to take advantage of that chance. It is now universally acknowledged that the nursing profession is one of dignity and contribution. There is now a chance to pursue a PhD with a better degree by getting nursing education.
