Established in 1995 by Prof. Dr. Hosne-Ara Begum, the visionary founding Executive Director of TMSS, Rafatullah Community Hospital (RCH) emerged in Thengamara village with the support of Terre des Hommes-Netherlands. Our inception was driven by a noble dream: to provide accessible and affordable healthcare to the underprivileged and rural communities of Northern Bangladesh.
