TMSS successfully organized its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025, approving a total budget of BDT 17,885.78 crore for the 2025–26 financial year. The day-long AGM took place on Saturday at Hotel Momo Inn, Bogura, with the participation of distinguished guests, board members, advisors, and senior officials.
Key Presentations and Discussions at AGM 2025
Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, Founder Executive Director of TMSS, Ashoka Fellow, PHF & AKS awardee, and Member Secretary of the TMSS Executive Committee, presented the key agenda items of the AGM. She highlighted TMSS’s progress, challenges, and strategic priorities for the future.
The AGM featured comprehensive discussions on reviewing TMSS annual activities, achievements, financial performance, and future plans, in line with its mission of sustainable development and social empowerment.

Approval of Reports and Budget
The AGM was chaired by Ms. Gulnaher Parvin, Chairperson of the TMSS Executive Committee.
On behalf of the Member Secretary, Ms. Minoti Akhter Banu, Advisor to the TMSS General Council, presented the Annual Report.
Former Treasurer of the TMSS Executive Committee, Ms. Aysha Begum, presented the Financial Report and Proposed Budget on behalf of the Treasurer.

- Budget for FY 2025–26
Strategic Decisions for FY 2025–26
During the TMSS Annual General Meeting 2025, members adopted several important resolutions. These included:
- Implementation of new development projects in the upcoming financial year
- Introduction of a Global TMSS Business Market System
- Strengthening engagement with government and non-government regulatory authorities
- Review and amendment of nine major agenda items through collective consensus
Tribute and Recognition
At the beginning of the meeting, participants observed a moment of prayer and expressed condolences for the deceased lifetime members, officials, and staff of TMSS.
