Central Finance and Account
Central Finance and Accounts department of TMSS is a legislative department with the central role of supervising all categories of financial
transaction in all organs/ domains/ sectors/ departments/ institutions/sister concerns/ventures. It has the responsibility in maintaining high standards of the accounting system including the protection from any financial corruption with zero tolerance, ensuring supervision and monitoring all financial activities, and conducting Internal and External Audits with transparency and accountability at all times.
The main activities of this department are global budget preparation, Accounts Management, Cost Sharing Management, VAT and Tax Management, maintain communication with Donors, Govt Officials, Financial institution, Bank, Insurance companies to collect Finance/Fund/Loan money with the consent and approval of Executive Director of TMSS.
