TMSS Public School and College (TPSC) Campus in Jaipurpara, Bogura, was buzzing with excitement on Saturday, February 10th, as it hosted the much-anticipated Annual Sports Competition (Inter House)-2024. The four-day event came to a thrilling conclusion, filled with camaraderie and competitive spirit.
Distinguished guests graced the occasion, adding to the grandeur of the event. Professor Dr. Chittaranjan Mishra, Vice-Chancellor of Pundra University of Science and Technology, honored the event as the chief guest. Professor Dr. Hosne-Ara Begum, Founder Executive Director of TMSS, adorned the event as a special guest. The presence of TMSS Advisor Sarwar Mahmood and TPSC Principal SM Jamshed Ali added further significance to the occasion. The event, presided over by TPSC Board of Directors Chairman Ayesha Begum, saw the participation of other esteemed members of the governing body of TPSC and various officials of TMSS.
Students enthusiastically competed in various events throughout the competition. The final day witnessed fierce battles among the houses, showcasing exemplary sportsmanship and talent. As the sun set on the eventful day, prize medals and certificates were awarded to the deserving winners.
In the inter-house sports competition, Nazrul House emerged triumphant, securing the 1st position among male houses, followed by Shahidullah House in 2nd position, and Sher-e-Bangla House in 3rd position. Among the female houses, Begum Rokeya House claimed the coveted 1st position, with Begum Sufia Kamal House securing the honorable 2nd position.
The event not only celebrated athletic prowess but also fostered a sense of unity and pride among the students and staff of TPSC. It served as a platform for students to showcase their skills, dedication, and teamwork, embodying the ethos of sportsmanship and camaraderie.
As the echoes of cheers and applause fade away, the memories of the Annual Sports Competition (Inter House)-2024 will linger on, inspiring future generations to strive for excellence both on and off the field.
