Target Population: Admitted poor & destitute people, specially women & children’s.
Project Area: Bogra, Naogaon, Joypurhat, Dinajpur, Gaibandha and Khulna Districts.

TMSS is implementing various programs through its field level branch offices which are known as sub clinics. Each sub clinic is formed with 1 Medical Assistant, 1 Clinical assistant & 1 Health Worker for delivering Health Services. Primary Health Care staffs are providing health services from this set up. This is also known as TMSS Health Care Centers (THCC). THCC was established in 1998 to provide standard primary health services to the rural poor, especially neglected women children and their family. Primary Health Care staffs are presently providing health services among more than 3,000 member families through 58 sub-clinics. TMSS Health Care Centers has been established in 25 upazilas under Bogra, Joypurhat, Naogaon, Gaibandha, Dinajpur and Khulna districts. Under the management of TMSS Zonal offices, 58 Health Care Centers are providing treatment of Women and Children, Health Education, Ante and Postnatal care, Family Planning Counseling and Clinical Services, Immunization to Children and Women, Deworming, Distribution of Oral Saline (Free of cost) and other health services to the community people.
Goal: To ensure primary health services among the poor and destitute people, specially the neglected female, children and their family.
(i) Reduce maternal mortality rate. (ii) Reduce child mortality rate. (iii) To aware people about health issues.
Health education, Antenatal care, Postnatal care, Family Planning Counseling and Clinical services, Immunization to Children and Women, Deworming, Treatment of Women, Treatment of children, Supply of quality drugs at low cost. Distribution of ORS (Free of cost). Free Medical Camp, Referral System.
Target population will be provided with health care services.

Nutritional status of fewer than 5 years children will be improved.
Morbidity and Mortality rate have been decreased than before.
Reduced the virulence of communicable and non-communicable diseases in the target project areas.
Decreased waterborne diseases, improved personal hygiene care and community level health environments than before within the project target areas.
Reduced population growth within the project target areas by family planning counseling and birth control materials distribution.
Malnutrition rate have been decreased than before within the project area.
