4. Background:
Since 1984 TMSS Handicrafts is working with poor and ultra poor women to support themselves and their families through improvement of their skills and capabilities on handicrafts. Over the last 27 years it has created employment for about 13125 disadvantage women of 51 villages of 10 upozilla of Bogra District.

Employment creating is one of the prime purposes of TMSS Handicrafts. It has employed a total number of about 13125 unemployed rural poor and ultra poor women and others.
7. Approach:
TMSS Handicrafts works on two ways 50% of total production marketed by its own out-let and rest of the production produce for buyer. TMSS Handicraft has 4(four) out-let and 14(Fourteen) buyer.
8. Core/Major Activities:
To provide training and make some earning for poor and ultra poor women. After training they produce Handicraft product. The product line are
Men : Panjabi, Fatua, Trouser, Tupi, Shirt etc.
Women : Three Piece, Sharee, Taga, Shawls etc.
Nakshi Katha : Wall mats, Bed covers, Cushions, Table Cloth, Napkin etc.
Children’s : Baby dresses, Toys, Dolls etc.
Bag : Hand bag, Lunch bag, Mobile bag, Coin parse, Money bag etc.
