Our Success

In addition to regular training programs, TMSS also implements several training service projects financed from World Vision Bangladesh, NGO Foundation Bangladesh, UPP-Ujjibito-PKSF, PRIME-PKSF, SME, SEIP of PKSF, B-SEP of ILO, B-SkillFUL of Swisscontact, BDC, Basic Training, Staff Training and Staff Orientation etc.

Human Resource Development and Training (HRD and T)

Human Resource development and capacity building training is core of any development or intervention to improve performance and productivity. TMSS has a pool of expert trainers having professionally competencies and experiences for providing and managing national level standards training and consultancy in management and technical skills including entrepreneurship and business development and management. It has also a specialized team responsible for developing effective teaching and learning materials such as training manual, module, schedule session plan, handout/information sheet, activity sheet, instruction sheet, Self-cheek sheet, Assessment Sheet etc.
There are several residential and non-residential training facilities in Dhaka, Bogura, Joypurhat, Rangpur, Natore, Benapole and Chittagong for human resource development training catered for domestic and external stakeholders.

To train poor and disadvantaged men and women in demand driven skills.

Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) -PKSF

To develop skilled workforce through skills training and therefore placing them in productive self and wage employment for sustainable improvement of their livelihood

HILIP-LGED Project

The goal of the project is to provide Vocational training in non-farm areas like Electrical House Wiring, Plumbing and Welding trade with a view to remove people’s dependency on the natural resource like rice and fisheries and also to earn good wages.

Skill Based Management Training(World Vision)

Training on Mobile Phone Servicing, Tailoring, Carpeting, Fashion Garments and Machine Operating, Plumbing and Pipe Fitting, House Wiring, Karchupi, Beautification, Food Processing, Agriculture, Leadership and Organizational Development and Management, Documentation, Child and Women abuse protection Training, etc.

Tip Top Beauty Parlor (Training Center)

A total number of 80 entrepreneurs have received training and are very satisfied.
